Can I return items to you?

Online Purchases:

If for any reason you need to return the item/s received, you're welcome to return them to us within 14 days provided they are in an unused condition and how you received them. Refunds can be posted back to us or returned to our club shop, please check our opening hours in the first instance. A full refund of the item will be issued. Please note we do not refund return postage for items where there is no fault to the product. Once received we will process a refund for the item costs only.

If your item is faulty, caused by the manufacturer, you will be offered a replacement or refund of both the product and shipping costs. Refunded postage will be paid at the standard rate to that of the dispatched postage.

We're unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the item is defective or there is an error with the manufacture of the item. If your item is damaged, please contact us via email retail@bristolrovers.co.uk so that we can advise you on the steps to take.

General returns can be sent to the following address, please make sure to include your order number and information on why you're returning it, we do advise where possible to track your return:

In-Store Purchases:

For any purchases in-store you will be issued with a printed receipt, alternatively, we can email you the receipt if requested.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges without a valid receipt provided that you're making this request within the 14 days from the original purchase.

Goods must be returned to us in an unused condition with the tags still attached.

Can i exchange items?

To make the situation simplified If you would like to swap an item for a different item or size, you'll need to return the item to us at the address above. We'll then process a refund for the item, and you'll need to place an order for the new item you require. 

My item has arrived defective / damaged.

We're sorry there has been an issue with you item and we aim to rectify this for you promptly. Please email retail@bristolrovers.co.uk with your order number. When emailing please submit some images and an outline of the issue so we can resolve this quickly for you. 

I have received the incorrect item, What should i do?

Please email retail@bristolrovers.co.uk with your order number and information on the item you have mistakenly received. We will aim to rectify this as soon as possible.

How long do refunds take?

For items returned via post when we process your refund you'll be notified via email. We aim to process refunds for returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Please be aware that refunds made to your debit / credit card can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. These processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
